Hey all!

Just a quick heads up that I've sent the smoke test round of surveys! 

The smoke test is where 5% of backers from each pledge level will receive the survey first to catch any potential issues before sending it out to everyone else. Please check your email to see if you received a survey, and if you have, please fill it out asap so I can look over things!

Historically, I've had no or very few issues with the smoke tests, so I expect these to run smoothly, and send the rest out sometime tomorrow or Sunday. 

Please keep an eye on your email over the next few days for your survey link. Once you receive it, PLEASE submit yours ASAP. Surveys are REQUIRED to receive your items, as not only is this where ask which rewards you want to be sent, but I also collect your shipping address so I know where to send your package. If you don't fill out your survey, I can't send your rewards, even if you've paid in full.

You will not get charged when you submit your survey.

Backers will get charged for shipping & survey add-ons at a later date, after your order has been locked in. This is a step I have to do manually, and I will notify you all multiple times beforehand.

While I don't have an exact date for when cards will be charged again, I can at least tell you that it will likely be after I have received the enamel pins and I can input the correct weights so I don't under or over charge you all for shipping fees.

Just a reminder that if you used Pay Over Time for your order, you will not receive your survey yet. You will not receive your survey until you have paid all 4 installments of your order in full. Once your order is paid in full, you'll receive your survey link automatically within 48 hours.

Hey astronomers!

I come bearing exciting news - I finally managed to finish up the last bits of artwork for the campaign: the foil print, and the photostrip that features all 4 of the kiss photos!

Here are the full colored versions of the final 2 kiss photos:

The photo strip has cute little gold foil doodles added and will be printed on clear acetate!

For those of you in these pledge levels who prefer NOT to receive the photostrip, you will have the chance to opt-out of receiving it on the survey. 

For all other backers, it will be available as an add-on for $8 on the survey!

I am getting close to surveys being ready to send out. I had to get this artwork finished up before I was able to continue with it, but now that it's done, I should be able to finish it up over the next few days and send it out by next week at the latest!

Happy Valentine’s Day!!

Today’s update is quick. To celebrate Valentine’s Day, I wanted to share the sketch for the final kiss image - the one I’m sure we have all been waiting for!

These two finally made it to the makeout stage! 😳



They definitely look like they’re enjoying each other this romantic holiday, huh? Maybe we should give them some privacy…🤣

Once I have these both colored, I’ll be putting them all into the final photo strip format! I think all 4 are going to look so cute together!

Hey Astronomers!

WE DID IT!! We ended the campaign with over $51k funding and I couldn't be happier with how this went. Y'all made this my best campaign yet and I am feeling very humbled and grateful to all of you. I know I say this every time, but I couldn't have gotten to this point without you all. 💖

With the campaign reaching over 500 backers AND over $50k funding, that means we did it - WE UNLOCKED THE LAST 2 SUNxMOON KISSES!! I will be the first to admit that I felt this goal structure was a bit silly but I wanted to be a little self-indulgent considering how well everything else went.

I really wanted to be done with at least the sketches of both the remaining images before the campaign finished, but alas, the good ol' executive dysfunction hit today. However I did manage to at least get the next sketch done!

So, for reaching 500 backers, here is the sketch of The Sun & The Moon kissing each other on the mouth!




Also, since we did end up reaching all 4 kiss goals, as promised, all 4 images will be turned into a physical printed photostrip, something akin to a bookmark. I'm looking into options for materials now and I hope to have more details soon. 

Now onto some very important post-campaign stuff!

Payments will start going through in the next 24 hours or so. PLEASE make sure your payment method is up-to-date and that you have the funds available for your pledge. If your payment is declined, you have 1 week to fix it on BackerKit, and after that you'll have to wait to fix it through the survey.

As a reminder, if you pledge & fail to pay for 3 successive campaigns of mine, I will contact BackerKit Trust & Safety and block you from participating in/pledging to any of my future campaigns. No exceptions.

Within the next couple weeks, you will receive a survey from me through BackerKit that you will need to fill out to tell me what pins you want to receive with your reward. For example, if you pledged for the Standard Pin tier, you will use the survey to choose which standard pin design you want to receive.

During the survey, you'll also:

Filling out your survey is MANDATORY and extremely important. If you don't fill out the survey, I can't send you your rewards, even if your payment went through.

As another reminder, I do not offer refunds for backers who fail to fill out their survey. You can see the campaign FAQ/Disclaimers section for more details about my refund policy.

That about does it for now - I'll try to have the final 2 kiss images and the final artwork for the foil art print done as soon as possible and I'll share it all when I can!

Hey Astronomers!

Only 1 day remains for Celestial Incarnations and I'm so excited with how this campaign has gone! It's my most funded yet and I'm honestly still reeling with how much funding we've raised.

This has been a fun 3 weeks with you guys and I'm really looking forward to bringing these pins to life.

I'd of course still love it if we could get to those final 2 goals in these final 24 hours, but even if we don't, this was still an INCREDIBLE campaign, and thank you all so much!

Since this has gone so well, I've gone ahead and decided to include a free Celestial Incarnations logo sticker for every physical pledge. This is something I've done for almost every campaign I've done on BackerKit, I know a logo sticker isn't much, but it's become something of a tradition, and I want to include it as a small thanks for supporting the campaign and my work. 💖



The sticker will be shiny reflective gold! Because of course I can't resist making everything shiny haha.

That's it for this update. I'm hoping that by the next update, I will finally have the foil print artwork finalized as well so I can show you all.

And...I might have one final surprise up my sleeve, but I won't spoil that yet!
